This involved analyzing web analytics to uncover patterns and directly interviewing Accredia’s stakeholders to gain deeper insights into user behaviors and needs.

The organization required a comprehensive overhaul of its digital presence and internal workflows.
We started from collecting insights from previous website's analytics.
